For worker self-service use, paiyroll® is optimised for use on small devices such as mobile phones, but will work just fine on tablets, laptops and desktops too. Support depends on the version of the browser being used as follows:
- For Android devices, and computers using Google’s Chrome, you will need Chrome version 72 (released in 2019) or later.
- For iPhone devices and computers using Apple’s Safari, you will need IOS 14.5 (released in 2021) or later.
- For computers using Microsoft’s Edge, you will need Edge version 79 (released in 2020) or later.
For Administrator use, paiyroll® is optimised for use on larger devices such as PCs, using a trackpad or mouse. Support depends on the version of the browser being used as follows:
- For computers using Google’s Chrome, you will need Chrome version 67 (released in 2018) or later.
- For computers using Apple’s Safari, you will need IOS 10.1 (released in 2017) or later.
- For computers using Microsoft’s Edge, you will need Edge version 79 (released in 2020) or later.
- For computers using Mozilla’s Firefox, you will need Firefox version 61 (released in 2018) or later.
In all cases, support ultimately depends on the status of the device in question. If you are having difficulty:
