Why do I get the error: “PayDefinition matching query does not exist” #
This error is almost always due to case mismatch. paiyroll® is case-sensitive, so the following will not match:
- Holiday Pay (Pay Definition)
- Holiday pay (Pay Item)
In the example above, ensure you use uppercase P or lowercase P in both cases and then re-upload.
